Time Flies...

I was uploading some pictures of our recent trip to the Chicago Lincoln Park Zoo. I realized I had taken a picture of Steve and Grace from behind, walking hand-in-hand. I have a very similar picture of the two of them in the North Carolina Zoo when Grace wasn't quite two yet. I can't believe how grown up she is getting - and how fast it has happened.

The Circle of Life...

It has been a few days since I last posted. I have been gone. We were in Chicago. Unfortunately, not on a relaxing trip. It was a long and tiring trip out and back, but one that needed to be made. Steve's grandmother, Anna, passed away on Sunday, June 8th, at the age of 93. She was a wonderful lady. She spoke very little English (she was from Hungary), but always found a way to communicate with me and make me feel welcome. She will be missed very much.
